Birch Terrace Bakery ＆ café

In August 2015 this delicious bakery opened right in the middle of Jozankei Onsen,
where you can enjoy freshly-baked bread straight from their oven and filtered coffee made by the cup both inside the shop and outside the lounge at the footbath terrace.
Takeout is also available for drinks and bread. You can also relax by the warmth of the fireplace in colder months.
Try their coffee brewed with a siphon method for a coffee that really brings out the flavor of the beans.
