Exclamation Bakery
A bakery cafe surrounded by Jozankei’s virgin forests.
No margarine or shortening is used, and all of the prepared dishes are handmade.
The cafe offers around 30 types of unique bread, created by artisan bakers and Japanese and Western chefs.
The Japanese-inspired interior features booth seating and counter seating where you can enjoy the scenery that changes with the seasons, and there is also an outdoor foot bath.
Popular items include the lunchtime-only “Exclamation Burger,” and the “2 o’clock Cream Bread (available from 2 p.m., in limited quantities),” which is filled with plenty of Hokkaido fresh cream after the order is placed.
