Indian curry
Hoheikyo Onsen is quite particular about the quality of their nan bread. After a long process of trial and error, baking using a special ceramic kettle resulted in a bread that achieves expectations.
Their Indian curry, made with a mix of dozens of spices and a generous amount of onions, is served with a soft and fluffy naan bread and has become a popular dish with many repeat diners.

Juwari soba (100% buckwheat noodles)
Buckwheat flour from here in Hokkaido, is freshly ground and kneaded by top soba noodle artisans.
When these artisanal noodles are served, the moment you put them in your mouth brings the scent of the noodles and leaving behind the unforgettable flavor of their secret dipping sauce.

Jingisukan
Visitors have raved about the Jingisukan served here being better than anywhere else because emphasis is placed on the freshness and source of the ingredients. Jiguisukan is a healthy meat dish and goes well with the freshness of the onions, cabbage, green peppers, pumpkin, potatoes and other vegetables.
