This restaurant is based on the concept of “enjoying freshly cooked food without pretense.”
Due to their commitment to charcoal grilling, the grill area is the first thing you see when you enter the restaurant.
Each dish is carefully handmade using carefully selected ingredients, such as rice from contracted farmers in Rankoshi Town, and Oboro tofu made from Sapporo’s underground water and Hokkaido soybeans.
The menu offers seven set meals, including the “Softly Grilled Salmon Set Meal” and the “Charcoal Grilled Chicken Set Meal.” We recommend the counter seats, where you can watch the food being prepared.
