The Yomogi Manju, popular even if it requires a reservation.

Jozankei Bussankan is a long-established souvenir shop in the onsen district of Jozankei.
Along with a wide variety of souvenirs on sale, Chadokoro Hidamari is a lovely place to take a little break.
Their “Yunosato Manju” is a homemade steam bun with local Hokkaido azuki beans and a chewy bun.
It is a popular item and often sells out in the mornings. We recommend getting there early to buy some before they are all gone.
